Good day folks! I've somehow missed that this forum existed until today. A welcome surprise!
With your permission, I'd like to keep you updated on whenever we launch a new contest over on Chaos Dwarfs Online. As a long-running creative hobby hub of Warhammer madness, it may be of interest to you. (In the longer run I'd also like to share half a ton of my WHFB background writings and drawings, but too busy for that right now.)
In this day and age of a split wargaming scene, we approach contest themes with a blunderbuss principle: Hit everything with one shot!
This means that a particular new development of Chaos Dwarfs in settings and wargame systems out there may trigger a contest around that theme, and we will acknowledge the occasion. But contests will never be restricted to just one setting or wargame. All competitions are open for whatever settings and systems people are into. As an example, we have our latest contest:
Artisan's Contest XXVIII is launched in recognition of WarCry for Warhammer: Age of Sigmar, but it is not restricted to AoS: WarCry. Instead it's open for Chaos Dwarf skirmish warband rules of all systems and settings.
I'd like to invite all Middlehammer folks who'd like to try out writing some Warhammer Skirmish Chaos Dwarf rules, or Path to Glory Chaos Dwarf rules, or Mordheim Chaos Dwarf rules, to do so on this occasion. Deadline set to 31st of October.
As always nowadays, we've got prizes, the Bonestingers one being a random draw prize not for the top 3 (so anyone can win something):
CDO has always been hobby first. Creativity enthroned. We're open to all wargames, settings and editions, so please join us if you like some excuse for having a lot of Chaos Dwarf Middlehammer fun.
Matte
