Hello all, I've never really put my stuff on the internet before but I've always wanted to re-make a 4th / 5th Edition Chaos army I had in my youth. Exact same set up because whats better than nostalgia. The army list (I can't cope with non-symmetrical lists): Chaos Hero - 237pts -Chaos Armour, Shield, Barding, Blade of Ensorcelled Iron - Dawnstone - Warpstone Charm 5 Chaos knights - 400pts - Chaos Armour 5 Chaos knights - 400pts - Chaos Armour 10 Chaos Warriors - 320pts - Chaos Armour - Shields 10 Chaos Warriors - 320pts - Chaos Armour - Shields Chaos Chariot - 158pts - Warriors - Chaos Armour - Shields - Scythes Chaos Chariot - 158pts - Warriors - Chaos Armour - Shields - Scythes Sorting through my old models I found 15 warriors - so those are first in line: https://www.instagram.com/p/B16-hfvAWDe Unfortunately, all my old paints have expired so I got a box of those as close as I could...Hoping that Chestnut Ink isnt as shiny as I remember! https://www.instagram.com/p/B16-f24gsuq Going to try and update a couple of times a week!

Ah, looking forward to this. I started in fourth, along with my brother, and he collected chaos, though back then it was mixed in with beasts too. You could easily get to 2000 points with a character, knights and chariots.
Nostalgia is nice, do you remember when each character had his own retinue? I think it was just a device to stop players going over the top on the uber characters.

I started off with a similar force to this, although I had a Sorcerer to wrangle the footsloggers and a Lord of Change to summon in (because I rather liked the model). Looking at those 400 points for 5 Chaos Knights is... wow. I remember they hit like most armies' heroes, but still had only the one wound... poor blighters.
