Details from FB copied below for ease:
Dates of event: September 2019 – Fri 27th, Sat 28th and Sun 29th
Venue booked: St Katherine's Priory, Exeter, EX4 7JY
Location: Approximately 20 mins walk into the centre of Exeter. For those hoping to travel from further afield who may need somewhere to stay, it shouldn't be hard to find accommodation relatively nearby. Polsloe Bridge train station is 5 mins walk away.
Times: 10am until midnight each day (no noise past 9pm due to residential area)
Cost: Nothing – this event is free to attend
Parking facilities: room for up to 30 cars
Other facilities: There are toilets on site and a small kitchen which can be used for tea/coffee etc. There is also a large Morissons supermarket right next door (including cafe), for all your snacking needs.
Tables: There are 16 tables at the venue, which are 4' x 2'. I will look at reserving some tables for people in advance to ensure space for specific games. Some tables will remain free on a first-come-first-served basis. You are of course welcome to bring your own tables/chairs if you like.
Games: I am hoping that people will arrange games amongst themselves, either through this FB group or via other means. Some people have also confirmed that they are aiming to run some drop-in sessions of various games for people to join. Myself and Russ Painting will be running a Warhammer Quest (original 90s version) campaign over the three days, and I believe Russ has some other games in mind as well.
Also to note: maximum capacity in the venue is approximately 60 people (seated), so nearer the time I will be trying to gather some more exact numbers of people attending, just to make sure we aren't going to be over-subscribed. This may involve some sort of ticketing (free) if there looks to be a lot of interest.

I'll be there, assuming I can afford to be there (and that Herr Doktor decides to drag himself up and resume our ancient rivalry).

I assure you I have not forgotten. Neither have I forgiven. Behold, now, the terrible vengeance of... wait, sorry, wrong script.
But I have been busy slapping layers of purple on things. Mr. Benson has thrown down the gauntlet and proposed something a bit eccentric, a bit extravagant, a bit excessive even... but it's not every day you get to play a 6000 point game, so I have gleefully accepted and just need to get the last fifty or so models Battle Ready, as I believe the trademarked and hashtaggable term to be.
