Oi oi. We all like to buy figures. We all realise we'd like to buy different figures. We all sell our old figures to pay for the different figures. But gosh and blimey does it help if we do it safely and with a set of reasonable rules. So, here are the Laws of Middlehammer Forum Trading. Abide by them. I don't need to say "or else" because we're all reasonable people here, right? - No recasts. We've all been there, we've all had the arguments about dodgy knockoff models and whether it's Right or Wrong or even really Illegal: the safest option is Just Say No.
- Include all shipping and fees in your quoted prices. The house staunchly recommends you use PayPal to exchange monies, and do so using Goods and Services, not Friends and Family. This will entitle you to PayPal's buyer protection and let you get your money back if you're scammed. The house also recommends that buyers and sellers discuss things like "do you expect a box or is a Jiffy bag OK" before any money changes hands.
- The Middlehammer Forum and its moderating team are not responsible if you get scammed. The Middlehammer Forum and its moderating team will name and shame known scammers if any come to our attention, but that's all we can realistically do.
